The thermo-photovoltaic concentrator:
one system, two forms of clean energy

A single system, 5 strengths

1 - COGENERATION & TRIGENERATION

Concentrated cogeneration allows the simultaneous, modular and
dynamic production of electricity and thermal energy from a single system. This means electricity for homes and businesses and at the same time heating and hot water with temperatures ranging from 50 ° to 95 °C.
Thermal energy can also be converted into energy cooling through the integration of common absorption systems, or similar. This makes Eos1 a very efficient source for trigeneration.

2 - UPGRADEABLE & FUTURISTIC

Its modular design is one of the key advantages of Eos1, especially with regard to future performance. In fact, by substituting a single receiver module, Eos1 can be easily updated and maintains its value unchanged, or, in the case of appreciable technological developments, it even reduce its amortization costs.

3 - BREAKDOWN OF COSTS GRID PARITY

Cogeneration allows you to split up the cost of the system between two types of energy output. The cost of each kWh, both for electricity and heat, is extremely convenient, close to grid parity, or equal to the price of traditional energy.

4 - MORE EFFICIENCY & MORE PRODUCTIVITY

Eos1 allows you to generate energy production at levels far higher than those obtainable through traditional technologies. The peak electrical output of 3.5 kW and heat output of 10 kW of a single system, are equal, in terms of annual production, to a peak power level of 5.1 kW and peak thermal power of 16.2 kW, with regards to traditional technologies (reference: South Italy). The total efficiency level of Eos1 is over 75%.

5 - MODULAR A LOW ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Eos1 makes less environmental impact than separate planar technology. Being a modular system, Eos1 is adaptable to different realities with different energy needs: the installation of a single system generates real energy for cogeneration, trigeneration and solar thermal.
